RAP-False Creek Dragon Boat Weekend Camp

September 30-October 1, 2023

Learn or solidify your paddling technique through drills, instruction, lots of paddling and a video review in this on-water full-weekend camp. .

In this unique paddling opportunity, participants paddle with and are coached by FCRCC Premier Dragon Boat Program athletes and coaches.   FCRCC Premier paddlers are some of the best in the World with many having attended, and won, several World Championships.  Both the program’s coaches, Kamini Jain and Andrea Dillon, are both National and International Dragon Boat Hall of Fame Inductees.

Finish your season with this in-depth exploration into paddling technique and set your foundation for winter training and 2024 health and excellence.

All levels of paddler welcome.

• 4 paddling sessions

• 1 video review (one side only)

• 45 min dryland training guidance session
