2026 Newport Beach Outrigger Camp

About the camp:

Come enjoy sunny Southern California in this comprehensive five-day camp focusing on outrigger technique.

This camp will set a foundation for your outrigger paddling with a comprehensive and strategic emphasis on paddling technique and training practices. We will paddle eight workouts during the camp with hands-on coaching each session. On Wednesday we will paddle earlier in the morning with the rest of the day off to rest our weary bodies and explore the area. Technique will be reviewed with two video sessions.  Of the eight paddling sessions two will be small boats and six in big boats.

This camp is geared to intermediate to advanced paddlers of both sprint and distance disciplines.  Paddlers will be grouped to participate with those of a similar skill level.

2026 Cancellation Policy:

Participants can cancel until December 15, 2025 and receive a full refund minus a 15% administration fee and payment system fees. No refunds will be given after December 15 in the case of participant cancellation.

Registrations are transferable so if a participant is unable to attend, he, she or they may find a replacement paddler to attend in their place.

In the case that the camp needs be cancelled due to situations outside the control of Right Angle Performance, due to a pandemic or otherwise, participants will be given a 50% refund.
